Job description :

Adroit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the successful delivery of all freight services. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the logistics industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the successful delivery of all freight services
• Hire, train, and manage a team of employees
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
