Job description :

We are looking for a Customer Service / Pricing at Adroit Shipping LLC. 

To enhance smooth operations (Import and Export).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor smooth performance of Forwarding Sea Freight, Air Freight and Land Freight for Import and Export. 
• Work closely with Key Account Customers and developing partner relationship.
• Participate in daily and weekly Operations meeting with Sales team representing the Customer interests as per established business development plans.
• Report and follow up on any issues raised by customers within the stipulated time frame.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills are essential.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to compile and analyse data.
• Ability to work independently and systematically.
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
• Computer Literate.
